About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can drive and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to align with business needs. As a Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business processes and requirements.

You will translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and actionable insights, identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, recommending improvements and supporting their implementation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, project charters, and business cases.
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure that requirements are tracked, reported, and resolved efficiently.

In addition to these responsibilities, as a Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring effective communication.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and email communications to various audiences.
  • Work closely with UX designers to prepare mockups and prototypes of proposed solutions.

As part of our team, you will support the Project Manager in delivering project objectives on time and within budget, participating in testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into simplified solutions.
  • Solid understanding of BI Tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Knowledge of topics related to data analysis and modeling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, UML diagram drawing, and basic Jira functionalities.
