Senior Business Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our team in software product development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience working on various projects.

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements;
  • Creating and maintaining documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows;
  • Transforming business requirements into technical user-stories for the development team, prioritizing them and defining acceptance criteria;
  • Acting as a Product Owner in an Agile team;
  • Ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding between product and engineering teams;
  • Maintaining solutions that align with business goals and are effectively implemented;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of released features and suggesting ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product development;
  • Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools;
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies;
  • Proven success working in fast-paced environments, initiating new projects and adapting to change;
  • Experience in managing and refining product requirements and backlogs;
  • Familiarity with AI-based products and related technologies;
  • Excellent documentation skills for user stories, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications;
  • Familiarity with API documentation;
  • Experience working with various data sources and data structures;
  • Ability to manage solution scope, identify dependencies, and resolve conflicting requirements;
  • Proficiency in UML, Use Case diagrams, and User Flows;
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Advanced English (both spoken and written).

The following qualifications are a plus:

  • Experience working in startup environments;
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks;
  • Background in cybersecurity or security-focused digital products;
  • Any Business Analyst or Product Owner certification.
