Job Description

We are seeking an experienced support professional to join our team.

  • Functional Support Agent - Responding to client questions regarding platform functionality, assisting with configuration and customization, and resolving functional issues.
  • Support Team Coordinator - Ensuring timely ticket handling, coordinating the team's work, and maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Totara or Moodle administrator.
  • Experience working in IT environments and understanding technical processes.
  • Ability to diagnose functional issues and find solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient English (minimum B2) for both written and spoken communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working in a technical support or helpdesk team.
  • Familiarity with ticket management tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
  • Experience working with business clients.
  • Basic knowledge of system integrations and APIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of Totara/Moodle administration and configuration.
