Salesforce Solutions Specialist

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security controls (Salesforce Administration)
• Evaluate and resolve technical issues while maintaining alignment with business objectives (Support & Troubleshooting)
• Collaborate with IT to support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (Integration Management)
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders (Reporting & Analytics)

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, an understanding of Agile methodologies, and proficiency in using Jira.

Salesforce platform knowledge and the desire to continue learning are also essential requirements for this role.
