Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in law
  • Experience with commercial, IT, and IP law
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Associate or internal lawyer (beneficial)
  • Proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak language

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for SaaS and e-commerce
  • Providing day-to-day legal support to business teams
  • Structuring sales models for software products
  • Setting up privacy models
