  • Technical Expertise: Defining software development technical processes based on tooling that supports maximising developer output and quality.
  • Mentorship Skills: Technical mentorship of Software Developers of different experience levels.
  • Team Leadership: Building & fostering high performing teams and positive cultures.
  • Software Architecture: Solid knowledge of software architecture, frameworks, and design patterns.
  • CI/CD and Test Automation: Preferred experience of CI / CD and test automation including performance testing.
