ERP Support Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP support professional to provide technical expertise and ensure seamless operations across our EMEAI region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, SQL, and ERP systems. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality support, analyzing complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve ERP workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line ERP support, resolve tickets, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Analyze business processes, replicate, and resolve ERP problems using T-SQL and reporting tools.
  • Configure ERP roles, security, and system settings to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support ERP upgrades, handle integration issues, and prepare training materials for users.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in IT or Computer Science OR 3+ years of ERP/SQL support experience.
  • Strong English skills, written and spoken, plus communicative knowledge of Czech or Polish language.
  • Ability to work flexibly, travel internationally up to 10 days/year, and adapt to changing priorities.
