ERP Technical Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ERP Support Analyst to join our team in Blansko who will provide technical expertise and ensure smooth ERP operations across our EMEAI region.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line ERP support, resolve tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze business processes, replicate and resolve ERP problems.
• Use T-SQL to investigate issues, prepare datasets, create reports (SSRS, Excel) and manage backups.
• Configure ERP roles, security, and system settings.
• Support ERP upgrades and handle integration issues.
• Prepare training materials and deliver user training (onsite/remote).
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and other teams to improve ERP processes.
• Contribute to regional and global ERP projects.

What we need from you?

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field OR 3+ years of ERP/SQL support experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and SQL (experience with Infor Visual is an advantage).
• Experience with reporting tools (SSRS preferred).
• Understanding of ERP workflows and core business processes (order-to-cash, invoicing).
• Ability to write and optimize T-SQL queries (Stored Procedures, Triggers).
• Strong English skills, written and spoken + communicative knowledge of Czech OR Polish language.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10 days/year and work flexibly when needed.
• Ability to come to our office in Blansko (Czech Republic) approximately 2x in 2 weeks.
