  • Utilizing technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Leveraging basic knowledge of networks, printers, scanners, and common IT tools to assist with related queries.
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet client needs and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution.
