Job Summary
We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/RTV equipment, providing technical assistance and resolving issues with their products.
About the Role
This is a remote opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual who is fluent in Finnish (B2/C1) and has excellent command of English (B1/B2). The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of operating household appliances and be able to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
The selected candidate will be required to work at least 120 hours per month, with project hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to equipment users by diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Offer information on products and their functionality.
- Enter requests into the system.
Requirements
In addition to the skills mentioned above, the successful candidate will also possess:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
