Chief Financial Strategist

Our partner, a leading enterprise in the European beauty and health industry, crafts innovative products using scientific research and high-quality natural ingredients. The company seeks an experienced professional to join their Budapest office as Chief Financial Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial reports to meet client requirements.
• Budget Planning: Participate in strategic planning, forecasting, and cash management.
• Closing and Budgeting: Support and coordinate monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• HR Management: Coordinate and follow up on employee benefits, including bonus and company car packages.
• Financial Analysis: Directly support local management in solving ad-hoc financial issues and providing detailed reports.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting with a focus on budget planning and sales forecasting.
• An understanding of basic accounting standards and ability to implement IFRS guidelines.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent command of English and Hungarian languages.
• A 'can-do' attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
