Senior Technology Leader

As a seasoned Senior Technology Leader, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and in-vehicle software solutions. This high-profile role requires exceptional technical expertise, leadership acumen, and the ability to mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex software systems, leveraging diverse technologies such as in-vehicle operating systems, user interfaces, and cloud API development.
  • Oversee the development of advanced GUI solutions for ADAS, with emphasis on Android development and modern frameworks like React and Flutter.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate application development into broader system architectures, ensuring seamless scalability and user-friendliness.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in automotive software to drive innovation in driver assistance and autonomous systems.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing software for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Engage directly with partners and customers to gather insights and translate them into technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Promote a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and professional development within the team.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and risks to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
  • Work closely with other HERE teams to integrate ADAS solutions with geospatial technologies, mapping platforms, and location-based services.

  • Proficiency in Java, AWS, REST, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux, Shell, Flutter, Android, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, GIS, Kafka, and QNX.
