UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at AvenGA. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web applications.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 5+ years of experience as a UX designer or in a similar design-related role. You should have strong verbal communication and presentation skills, as well as experience in creating prototypes or wireframes for complex web applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
  • Design user flows and customer journey maps to visualize the complete user experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop use cases and document high-level solution requirements, including functional capabilities and constraints.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate proposed designs effectively and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute user testing sessions to validate solutions and ensure they meet user needs.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with high-fidelity design tools such as Figma and Figjam.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent knowledge of design systems and their implementation.
  • Collaborative experience working in teams, particularly with developers and stakeholders.
