">We are seeking an experienced Digital Credit Risk Strategist to join our IPF Digital team in the Czech market. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring profitable growth of the customer base, owning the creation and on-going development of the end-to-end credit strategy for our digital business in Czech, and identifying and managing risk across the business.

">This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join our lean but talented leadership team responsible for the growth and on-going development of our digital lending business in Czech. As a Digital Credit Risk Strategist, you will work closely with the global hub credit team to ensure effective credit performance, monitor and evaluate credit and arrears management strategies, and identify opportunities to drive growth and reduce waste.

- Owning the acquisition journey, ensuring it is hassle-free for customers while maximizing customer satisfaction and maintaining high credit quality assessment standards;">
- Taking a test-and-learn approach towards creating and governing credit processes and activities, quickly tightening or relaxing credit, arrears management, and fraud controls as needed;">
- Maintaining effective reporting on credit systems, being open to challenge and feedback;">
- Loving to get stuck into detail, noticing key trends and patterns across the risk landscape, and quickly acting upon them;">
- Caring about the business by monitoring and reviewing processes and policies to protect the organization from fraud and risk, and identifying ways to further drive growth and reduce waste.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Risk management expertise, particularly in big data, SQL, retail, and consumer finance;">
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of credit scoring and analytics;">
- Proven experience in managing credit risk in an online lending business, with a track record of building strong relationships with partners and suppliers;">
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, both within the business and externally, to acquire the right tools and processes to deliver the business plan;">
- A passion for innovation, customer experience, and driving growth while minimizing waste.">
