About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to provide hands-on support for enhancing and optimizing core HR processes across our organization. As an HCM Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to assess current usage, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure seamless adoption of Workday functionalities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • HCM Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to review and refine existing processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Workday Configuration: Provide configuration expertise to optimize system performance, streamline workflows, and improve user experience.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integration landscape and data flows across systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and accurate data exchange.
  • User Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and proficiency in using Workday functionalities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong Workday HCM Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HCM solutions.
  • Deep Knowledge of HCM Processes: In-depth understanding of core HCM processes, including organizational structure, security, compensation, and benefits.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Deliverables:

  • Process Documentation: Develop detailed documentation of optimized processes and best practices.
  • Configuration Reports: Provide regular configuration reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  • Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and proficiency in using Workday functionalities.
