Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and other Eastern European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including facility and security managers, architects, consultants, and general contractors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing, to gather market data and identify new business opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Administer sales activities, including order follow-up, partner support, and product sales training.

Requirements:

  • Native Czech/Slovak speaker fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the security industry, preferably in access control and video solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
