We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and success in our dynamic international team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll become an expert in our cutting-edge technological environment, making a significant impact on our business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to grow our Tyco Security Products Access Control and Video brands in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and other EE countries.
  • Collaborating closely with our international team of sales professionals, technical experts, and business development managers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing market, partner, and competitor data to inform sales strategies and provide valuable insights to our product and marketing teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native Czech/Slovak speaker fluent in English
  • BSc or MSc in Electrical engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the Security industry, preferably Access Control and Video Solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset and can-do attitude
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
