About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Project Manager to join our team at Valueships sp. z.o.o. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple pricing strategy projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with project owners and partners to escalate issues and conduct regular status meetings.
  • Monitor project portfolios for profitability, financial performance, and resource utilization.
  • Anticipate, resolve, and escalate issues to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, participating in SteerCo meetings and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Effectively manage project timelines in the backlog, ensuring optimal kickoff timing based on company capacity and resource planning.
  • Implement risk strategies and maintain high-quality standards across all project deliverables.
  • Refine processes to enhance efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends, integrating innovative practices to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven project management experience, with a focus on pricing strategy and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other project management tools, such as Asana.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
