Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned OpenText ECM Architect to join our client in Sweden. This key position involves designing, implementing and supporting complex ECM solutions, translating business requirements into technical solutions and guiding users and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with extensive hands-on experience in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), including implementation for SuccessFactors, cloud integration and workflow automation. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of xECM architecture and be able to define solution roadmaps and implement best practices.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end xECM implementation for SuccessFactors, including Docusign and custom application integration.
  • Design and configure PowerDocs templates and business validation workflows.
  • Work with OpenText Content Server 22.x, Archive Server, OTDS and related xECM components.
  • Define solution roadmaps and ECM architecture aligned with client requirements.
  • Perform data migration from legacy systems to OpenText.
  • Develop customizations using Web Services, REST APIs, JavaScript, OScript and SQL/Oracle.
  • S Support the creation of workflows, forms, business validation processes and reporting (WebReport, live reports).
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams on requirement gathering, Agile sprints and solution configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and implement large, complex ECM integrated solutions within the client environment.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to users and junior team members.
  • Maintain compliance with Records Management best practices and ECM governance.
