About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Lead Unity Developer and Team Manager to guide the development of our team and make a significant impact on our product's success.

As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Unity developers, QA, and TA, collaborating with various departments to discuss technical requirements of features and mechanics.

You'll work closely with architects to ensure technical solutions fit the system's design and perform well, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications under your supervision.

Responsibilities

  1. Guide the development of the team and make a significant impact on our product's success.
  2. Lead and mentor a production team of Unity developers, QA, and TA.
  3. Collaborate with architects to ensure technical solutions fit the system's design and perform well.
  4. Evaluate and optimize game performance and memory usage to ensure smooth gameplay on diverse mobile devices.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity features, best practices, and industry trends, and encourage continuous improvement within the development process.

Requirements

  • Expertise in C# programming with a deep understanding of C# as an engineering tool.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and their practical applications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Unity development with proficiency in tools and plugins such as UniTask, Zenject, Timeline, and async workflows.
  • Familiarity with MVC, MVP, and similar patterns, with a focus on developing highly maintainable solutions.
  • Good knowledge of network protocols and socket programming for robust multiplayer and connectivity solutions.
  • Expertise in profiling, debugging, and optimization, ensuring high performance across all aspects of development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team.
