The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with real estate property owners, developing a robust sales pipeline, and contributing to strategic initiatives to maintain a competitive market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originating Real Estate Investment Leads: Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing, ensuring the health and stability of the sales pipeline.
• Cultivating Relationships: Employ a consultative approach to build strong relationships with prospective clients and drive business growth.
• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings.
• Process Improvement: Contribute user-experience input to origination processes, such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales, natural sales talent, and strong business acumen.
• Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional negotiation skills, familiarity with real estate closing process and finance concepts, and experience originating within commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries.
• Personal Attributes: Entrepreneurial and collaborative team spirit, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid holidays and time off, along with a comprehensive compensation package.
