We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of projects in our IT team.
About the RoleThis is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing project plans, roadmaps, and schedules, and facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
You will work closely with developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders to define project goals and priorities. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and mitigating project risks, tracking progress, analyzing KPIs, and reporting status to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders) to define project goals and priorities;
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and schedules;
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team follows best practices;
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery;
- Track project progress, analyze KPIs, and report status to stakeholders;
- Manage communication between technical and non-technical teams;
- Evaluate regulatory and security compliance based on industry requirements;
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled Agile methodologies;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, BA, UI/UX, DevOps, etc.);
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, KYC, AML) is a plus;
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent English (B2+) for communication with international teams and clients;
- Technical background would be a plus.
