We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Schleich GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order management, customer satisfaction, and efficient complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operative Order Management: Manage all Amazon Europe entries, process and fulfill B2B orders from entry to delivery using SAP, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively, investigate and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, and other service-related concerns, and communicate with customers to provide updates and solutions.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as worldwide distributors, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on order status, fulfillment, and customer feedback, analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvements, and present findings and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related field is required.
  • Experience with the Amazon portal and SAP is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
