This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project that involves reviewing third-party contracts and performing analysis to identify areas needing remediation. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently with limited supervision and will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and analyzing third-party contracts to identify areas of improvement;
- Drafting, tracking, and managing contracts globally while minimizing risks and optimizing terms;
- Communicating with stakeholders to drive contract compliance and remediation;
- Working with legal, sourcing teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and process adherence;
- Organizing and leading internal meetings to track project progress;
- Maintaining project timelines and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule;
- Supporting negotiations, drafting, and implementation of contracts in compliance with policies;
- Escalating any issues related to contract dispositions and ensuring transparency.
