At Profil Software, we're seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master/Product Owner to collaborate with us on developing innovative overseas projects for our clients.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with clients and share knowledge and expertise with others. As a Scrum Master/Product Owner at our software house, you'll be working on various cutting-edge products for startups and B2B companies across diverse sectors, including Fintech, Workflow Apps, Productivity Software, Voice, Route Optimization, Logistic, Document Management, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing scrum methods and ensuring their seamless integration into our project workflows;
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their evolving needs and expectations;
  • Developing and implementing processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity;
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization;
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner;
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and scrum frameworks;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to think critically and creatively in fast-paced environments;
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements;
  • Proficiency in Jira and other relevant tools;
  • English language proficiency: minimum B2+
