Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in a vital role that involves the day-to-day processing operation to ensure we meet local service delivery agreements. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Spanish and English, and experience in Spanish payroll and payroll tax processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day processing operation to guarantee a seamless payroll experience for the team.
  • Handling the relationship between the department, the business, and the outsourcing partner.
  • Setting work priorities in accordance with the workload, timeframes, and change requests.
  • Supervising outsourced partner performance and delivery ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Utilizing the HRIS Workday.
  • Preparing input & output for payroll sign off by Payroll manager.
  • Providing payroll and reporting support.
  • Liaising with all collaborators and business partners internally and externally.
  • Assisting the Payroll Manager with project work as and when it arises.

Requirements

  • Experience in Spanish payroll and payroll tax processes.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (V Look ups and Pivot tables).
  • Ability to calculate changes to pay rates based on time off, overtime, etc.
  • Ability to gather data from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential, knowledge of another European language will be beneficial.
