At AVENGA, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Professional to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of strategic procurement initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of high-profile projects and ensuring timely completion within agreed scope and budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key vendors to ensure smooth project execution and minimize risks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Provide project coordination support to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress, vendor information, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Coordination, preferably within a large international organization.
  • 2+ years of experience as a people leader.
  • Experience working within Financial Services and regulatory projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint and MS Project.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
