About This Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service delivery, implementing projects, and driving continuous improvement. They will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals and business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business processes
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the operations team to ensure high performance
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, including resource allocation, expense control, and financial performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Ensure all operations are compliant with internal policies, industry standards, and legal requirements
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational performance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a service/delivery manager role
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams/ managers effectively
  • Good understanding of transition/project management methodologies
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and at different levels of the organization

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical awareness
  • Certifications (Prince2, ITIL or any other relevant)
