About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our international organisation as a key member of our global business development team.

You will have the chance to build a personal brand in the media and industry, expand your network of contacts, and access a huge client database for support.

Responsibilities
  • BUILDING INTERNATIONAL SALES AND RECRUITMENT DEPARTMENT TOGETHER WITH THE RECRUITMENT MANAGER: Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager to establish and grow our international sales and recruitment department.
  • ACQUIRING BUSINESS CLIENTS FROM EUROPE: Identify and secure new business clients across Europe to drive revenue growth.
  • RECOGNIZING AND DEFINING CLIENT NEEDS AND ADVISING ON PROPOSED SOLUTIONS: Understand client needs and provide expert advice on proposed solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintaining RELATIONSHIPS WITH CURRENT CLIENTS: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
  • PROMOTING COMPANY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: Effectively promote our company's products and services to potential clients.
  • REPRESENTING THE COMPANY AT CONFERENCES AND OTHER INDUSTRY EVENTS (IN POLAND AND ABROAD): Represent Enloyd at industry conferences and events to increase brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
  • CONDUCTING NEGOTIATIONS: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • English language certification: Proficiency in English, with a recognized certification desirable.
