Recruitment is a key component of our growth strategy, and we are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding top tech talent through the recruitment process.
This includes collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies, as well as conducting HR interviews and evaluating technical and cultural fit. You will also coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of technical roles and terminology, as well as experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
