Job Description

As a Senior Zscaler Operations Engineer, you will be part of a global team responsible for implementing, managing, and ensuring the performance and security of our Zscaler infrastructure and services.

This role requires strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX). You should have a solid understanding of network protocols, VPN technologies, and cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications, such as Zscaler, CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL, and excellent English communication skills. They should also possess strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical capabilities, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing Zscaler performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively, implementing and managing new features and change requests, and responding to escalated alerts and incidents. The successful candidate will also participate in agile execution, lead implementation initiatives, and drive process improvements related to Zero Trust technologies.

  • Monitor and optimize Zscaler performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

  • Design and implement solutions for new locations.
  • Deploy Zscaler infrastructure in cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Required Skills and Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX).
