About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Management Lead to oversee bank data security in our global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the processing of requests related to bank data security, ensuring creation and modification of sensitive data in SAP systems adheres to high standards and applicable rules.

  • Collaborate with the global master data team and other areas to maintain the accuracy and consistency of sensitive data across all systems.

  • Participate in the design and continuous improvement of security tools and processes for verifying sensitive data, workflows, and documentation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in master data management, accounting, finance, or treasury, along with at least 1 year of team management experience.

  • Practical expertise with large ERP systems, such as SAP (FI/CO/MM/AA), and familiarity with master data workflows, management tools, and ticketing systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a university degree or proven track record in accounting, treasury, finance, data management, or a related field.

  • Strong English language skills and knowledge of relevant terminology, as well as excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
