B2B Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will succeed if you have 3-7+ years of experience in project management in fintech, payments, or money remittance.
  • Understanding of money transfer business models, corridors, and regulatory considerations (KYC/AML, FCA or PSD2).
  • Experience in vendor/partner selection and onboarding with criteria such as pricing, compliance, integrations, and legal agreements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A structured thinker who can simplify complex topics.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive team player who achieves results through collaboration.
  • Comfortable working remotely with AI-powered tools.

About the Role

As a key member of our growth team, you will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives. You will work closely with our founder/CEO to identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand our international payment partnerships and improve client-facing digital experiences.

Ongoing Projects:

  • Develop and implement continuous function and product enhancements for clients on digital platforms.
  • Run partner selection and onboarding projects for payment providers, new international money transfer corridor partners, AML vendors, and others.
  • Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure delivery against scope and timeline.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline work, including task tracking, meeting summaries, draft writing, and planning.
