We're seeking an exceptional Lead Consultant – Material Control who can drive our services forward in material control. With a strong background in intralogistics and automated material handling, you'll be part of a European team delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients across the continent.

Your key responsibilities will include developing, presenting, planning, and delivering NNIT services within material control. You'll collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in digital manufacturing and Life Sciences digitalization, leveraging their expertise to support you in assignments and competence development alike.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a B.Sc. degree in Engineering or equivalent, with emphasis in software development, electrical, electronic, or automation discipline. A minimum of 5 years' experience in industry, preferably in life sciences, medical devices, or relevant GMP manufacturing environment, is essential.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, including document authoring and proofreading, and accurate translation of customer requirements into meaningful end-user instructions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to present complex technical data confidently and meet the technical skills level of the audience
  • Ability to mentor others

In terms of essential skills:

  • Experience in delivering consultancy and direction to clients on automation systems
  • Strong solution architecture/business process skills within automated warehouses and automated material handling/intralogistics
  • Proven influencing ability with technical applications in warehouse management, material flow system/warehouse control systems, and AGV/AMR fleet management
  • Fluency in oral and written English is a must; a second language (Danish, German, French) is beneficial
