This role involves supporting the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes, conducting phone pre-screening calls with candidates, maintaining and working with a candidate database, assisting with active search on LinkedIn and profession.hu, acting as a first point of contact for applicants, and representing the company at job fairs and events.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the recruitment team, conducting phone pre-screening calls, maintaining and working with a candidate database, assisting with active search, acting as a first point of contact, and representing the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess a proactive approach. Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing experience on LinkedIn and/or profession.hu, is a plus but not required.
