SMM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SMM Specialist to join our team at Visible Magic, a Web3 Agency. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to engage our audience across Twitter, Telegram, and LinkedIn.

• Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to both crypto and AI communities and professionals.
• Create engaging, relevant, and informative content to grow and engage our audience across platforms.
• Monitor, engage, and grow our communities on crypto-Twitter and crypto-Telegram, ensuring consistent communication and maintaining a positive company image.
• Build and manage our professional presence on LinkedIn, including company page updates, industry insights, and engagement with B2B audiences.
• Track key performance indicators, generate reports on social media performance, and adjust strategies based on data to meet KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media strategies remain innovative and effective.

• 3+ years of work experience as an SMM Specialist in the crypto/blockchain industry.
• Strong knowledge of crypto-Twitter and crypto-Telegram trends, communities, and influencers.
• Ability to create and manage LinkedIn content for a professional audience.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Fluent English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple social platforms simultaneously.

• Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) employment with a U.S. company.
• Part-time working hours.
