Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager. We are seeking someone with proven experience in the marketing field, either through in-house or agency roles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize work based on strategy and business goals, and have knowledge of marketing performance indicators and analytics tools. Polish language skills (C1 or better) are also required.

As a successful applicant, you will have hands-on experience creating marketing content, organizing events, and familiar with the IT industry. Previous experience as an Account Manager is an asset, but not necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on marketing-related queries and liaise with the marketing team
  • Collect internal marketing requests and prioritize them in line with the company's marketing strategy
  • Create marketing projects timelines and coordinate execution across the marketing team, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Monitor the performance of marketing activities, prepare and analyze reports, and recommend data-driven next steps
  • Maintain and update the content production and publication calendar
  • Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and the communication strategy
  • Occasionally support the marketing team with content creation and organize events
Requirements:
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with marketing field and/or experience in marketing roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing performance indicators and analytics tools
  • Polish language skills (C1 or better)
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing content and organizing events
  • Familiarity with the IT industry
