Procurement Specialist for Cesi Group

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Cesi Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing supplies and services for our locations in Berlin, Mannheim, and Prague.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing supplies and services for our locations in Berlin, Mannheim, and Prague
- Interface with our local HR service provider for personnel administration and be the contact person for employees regarding HR topics for the Prague location
- Coordinate needs with the requirements of our internal departments
- Prepare national and international tenders, also for other Cesi Group locations
- Negotiate and draft contracts/framework agreements with suppliers and service providers according to basic specifications
- Prepare decision papers for management on placing orders with suppliers and service providers
- Develop and maintain master data on suppliers and service providers
- Support and carry out supplier evaluations according to specifications
- Monitor selected segments of the supplier market as defined by Cesi Group
- Identify options for improving the total costs of ownership for Cesi Group
- Support in preparing analyses for the Head of Purchasing
Your Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree, preferably in economics. Professional experience in purchasing is an advantage, but not necessary. Alternatively, completed commercial training with several years of practical experience in purchasing is also acceptable. Professional experience in the field of personnel administration with regard to legal regulations in the Czech Republic is desirable. Experience in the testing business is an advantage. You should have very good knowledge of common software applications, especially SAP. You should also have organisational talent with a systematic, analytical, and quality-oriented way of working. Willingness to travel, including abroad, is required. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, good knowledge of Czech, and good knowledge of German is necessary. Willingness and readiness for further training, especially in the area of purchasing, is also required.
