About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Process Lead to join our team at Antal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Design, test, and troubleshoot access controls in the SAP environment, ensuring seamless collaboration with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Regularly monitor SAP environments for applicable compliance, including segregation of duties and sensitive transactions, to identify potential risks and implement corrective measures.
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct audits to detect deviations from established procedures, role mapping, unauthorized SAP security changes, and report findings to management, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Security Integration: Ensure full integration of application security standards into systems, maintaining security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures that align with the corporate strategic plan.
  • Stakeholder Support: Educate business stakeholders on SAP business roles, access risks, and mitigating controls, promoting a culture of security awareness and best practices.
  • Solution Development: Develop interim automated solutions for GRC application reporting using ABAP, VBA, SQL, Python, or JAVA, as required by business or MST organization needs.
  • Project Management: Prepare project plans, ensure completion of deliverables, assign tasks, and monitor progress to guarantee timely completion.
Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Cloud Experience: 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in cloud environments.
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of key processes and methodologies, good understanding of business processes (RtR, PtP, OtC, customer relations).
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level).
  • Leadership: Experience in managing IT teams.
