Job Opportunity:

As a Portfolio Tooling Analyst, you will be working on large-scale portfolio initiatives by managing and optimizing Jira tooling processes to support agile teams worldwide. This role is focused on ensuring alignment between project configuration, portfolio reporting, and organizational standards.

You will contribute to enhancing the efficiency, consistency, and transparency of project delivery across global teams. To achieve this, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive team success and implement best practices in Jira configuration and agile methodologies.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the onboarding process for Jira users within technology delivery teams
  • Overseeing and approving new project and configuration requests in Jira
  • Providing support and guidance to Jira users on standard adherence and queries
  • Facilitating tooling change requests and design authority reviews
  • Advising teams on configuration design principles and agile best practices
  • Supporting Jira functionality including boards, dashboards, and reports
  • Extracting and analyzing data for portfolio-level reporting
  • Managing Jira user access and permissions across teams
  • Delivering insights through data analysis to enable stakeholder decision-making
  • Ensuring alignment across global teams through coordination with stakeholders
