As a fully remote Executive Assistant and Researcher, you will be working closely with founders of start-ups and CEOs of small to medium companies, providing administrative support and conducting research to help them make informed decisions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and creating clear and concise summaries of your research findings. You will also be responsible for helping high-level clients navigate complex business dilemmas and making recommendations based on your research.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be proficient in English, with a good command of written and spoken language.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to new situations quickly. If you have experience in administration, research, or a related field, we would like to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a 100% remote position, which means you can work from anywhere and at any time that suits you. We use a tool called Hubstaff to track our hours, so you will need to ensure that you are logging your time accurately.

The typical full-time workload for this role is around 6 hours per day, with some flexibility depending on your schedule. You will also need to participate in our weekly meetings, which take place online.
