At Teleperformance Poland, we support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances and RTV equipment.
We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.
We offer a civil contract with a competitive rate and the possibility of arranging a convenient collaborating schedule.
The job involves providing technical support to equipment users, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and providing information on products and their functionality.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, fluency in Hungarian (B2/C1), and a basic knowledge of operating household appliances.
You will also require a positive attitude, smile, and willingness to learn. The ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard is essential.
The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00, with a minimum availability of 120 hours per month.
Job Description- Provide technical support to equipment users via phone or email.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to home appliances and RTV equipment.
- Provide information on products and their functionality to customers.
