Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Barry Callebaut Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of global shipments, managing logistics service providers, and monitoring their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation, manage logistics service providers, and monitor their performance.
• Act as a liaison between external logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
• Validate and approve cost invoices.
• Support cost and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage the monthly cost accrual process.
• Handle issue management and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• Logistics experience, preferably in import/export logistics.
• Knowledge of international transportation regulations and processes.
• Fluent in English, other European languages an asset.
• Knowledge of MS/Google Office Suite, Power BI, SAP.
