About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Invoice and Traffic Administrator to join our team at the Lodz Shared Service Centre in Poland. As an Invoice and Traffic Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our European customer service, including the processing of purchase and sales orders, invoicing, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase and sales orders, including creation of PO's in the system.
  • Manage freight invoices and resolve any disputes with European customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to customer service.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Commercial or Logistics.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the field of logistics, accounting, or customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and independently.
