This is a remote-friendly position that requires flexibility to work within a specific time zone (16:00–00:00 UTC).

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct live demos and onboarding sessions for prospective inbound clients, leading them to closing the deal.
  • Conversion of inbound demos into paying customers.
  • Manage inbound sales and proactively identify upsell opportunities for potential clients.
  • Act as a trusted Account Executive, helping clients maximize product value, explore new features, and optimize their usage.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with different teams—including marketing, product, and customer success—to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate your calls and sales performance, suggesting improvements on the existing process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and respect.
Requirements:
  • English proficiency at a C1 level.
  • Sales and product support experience.
  • CMS knowledge is not required but a plus.
