Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Product Line Strategist to drive innovation and growth in our European market. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing product line strategies, driving market expansion, and ensuring profitability.

About the Role

You will lead new product introductions and oversee cost-out initiatives, conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate globally with top-tier teams in sales, engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive environments.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement global product line strategies, optimizing product life cycles and profitability.
  • Forecasting: Forecast production, drive product launches, and provide sales training.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, sharing strategic inputs to deliver the right solutions and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Industry Experience: At least 7+ years in HVAC product/program management or marketing.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Fan Coil Units (FCUs) / Close Control/IT cooling/Rooftop Units markets.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and effective communication skills.
  • Language Fluency: Fluency in English.
