Job Overview

This is a senior-level position within the OTC Business Transformation team, focusing on financial process improvement and transformation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Transformation Senior Consultants and Managers to deliver high-quality project outcomes for both internal and external clients.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in process and technology transformation projects within finance, supporting consultants and managers in developing project deliverables.
  • Contribute to projects related to target operating model design, process design, process maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/platform implementation, and Gen AI/agentic implementation.
  • Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance transformation goals.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of market-leading assets and methods.
  • Collaborate with clients to complete assigned deliverables.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in finance, particularly in Credit-to-Cash (C2C) areas such as credit management, cash application, collections, disputes, or OTC.
  • Proven track record in process documentation preparation, including process flows, narratives, operating procedures, and control frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Visio, BPMN, SAP, Oracle, AI, C2C, OTC, Optix, Signavio, and ERPs.
