Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in areas such as Finance, Customer Service, Vendor Management, Communication, Sourcing and Procurement, Audit Risk and Compliance, HR, and IT.

  • Understanding of Connect to Resolve / Query to Resolve processes is a must.
  • The candidate should be able to analyze business needs and manage ServiceNow requirements effectively.
  • A proven track record of working with IT, developers, and operations to deliver agreed outcomes/products/requirements in ServiceNow is essential.
  • The ability to translate requirements into a compelling business case is crucial.
  • Familiarity with different Service Delivery Models (GBS/SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AP/AR/GL/MDM processes is desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required, while additional languages like French and German are an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Transforming client BPO/GBS/SSC query-related processes in IT, HR, Finance, and other areas.
  • Providing recommendations on a "To Be" Connect to Resolve model that meets global best-in-class standards.
  • Offering guidelines on the technology setup to meet the requirements of the transformed C2R model for specific service lines.
  • Preparing user stories and use cases to define requirements for system adjustments.
  • Creating process maps for C2R, supported with roles and responsibilities (RACI), and SLA and KPIs.
