Agile Project Manager

At Link Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the team in adopting and practicing Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
- Guide Agile Methodologies: Facilitate the adoption and practice of Agile principles, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Pair Programming, and Mob Programming.
- Cross-Functional Team Coaching: Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance, promoting self-organization and growth.
- Metrics-Driven Insights: Monitor and report on team progress and performance using metrics like burn-down charts and team health checks.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate transparent communication and alignment among stakeholders, management, and the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to facilitate collaboration, and experience with Agile frameworks.
