About the Job: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager and Scrum Master to lead our global project teams.

Job Description: As a Senior IT Project Manager and Scrum Master, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing medium to large-sized IT projects of local and global scope in multicultural international environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and foster collaboration among team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, both waterfall and agile. Your expertise in PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Kanban, Jira, and Release Management is essential. Additionally, you should have good understanding of Program and Portfolio management and strong communication skills. A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams is required. Your proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) and willingness to adapt to US time zones will also be valuable assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage medium to large-sized IT projects of local and global scope
  • Foster collaboration among team members and ensure successful project delivery
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and timelines
  • Monitor and control project progress, budget, and quality
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and clients
